La formation Emergency First Response (EFR) est idéale pour renforcer votre confiance face à une urgence médicale. Accessible à tous, plongeurs ou non, cette formation reconnue internationalement vous permettra d'apprendre de façon ludique les gestes basiques de secours pendant vos vacances à Djerba.
Au cours de cette formation, vous apprendrez à gérer les situations suivantes :

Évaluation : assessment des risques, précautions et protections en situation d'urgence
Bilan médical : évaluation d'un blessé et/ou d'un malade
RCP : maîtrise de la respiration artificielle et du massage cardiaque
Urgences : gestion des saignements, des étouffements et de l'état de choc
Soins : réalisation de bandages et d'attelles
