The CMAS 1 Star certification represents your first step into the world of diving. This level will allow you to acquire the essential basic knowledge required to practice the activity safely. Through this training, you will learn the main signs, pressure concepts as well as diving equipment mastery.

At La Sirène club, this training will allow you to:

  • Theory : acquire the simplified theoretical knowledge required for diving practice
  • Practice : master fundamental techniques such as finning, mask clearing and swimming with fins and tank
  • Safety : be autonomous and capable of ensuring your own safety underwater
